Framlingham Mill is situated in the Suffolk town of Framlingham, famous also for it's castle. The mill was owned by J. Bibby Agriculture and closed in 2005. It was used as a feed mill making feed for animals, predominantly pigs. when all production and the workforce were relocated to the company's mills in Bury St Edmunds and Walsingham. This metal-clad building is of a standard industrial/agricultural design style and inside, along with masses of pidgeon excrement (a wonderful aroma on a hot day!!!) was a plethora of machinery and iron girders. A high-light was the control room, pretty much without light, but an array of buttons and electricals satisfied the camera. Access to the higher levels of the mill was not feasible or advisable. The metal ladders and stairways have cut away at the lower levels, opne assumes to stop the likes of vandals, youths and Urban Explorers!!!
